Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within South Africa and other African Countries, door-to-door via The Courier Guy or a comparable courier service.

Processing times

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri before 13:00: usually dispatched same day.

  • After 13:00 / weekends / public holidays: dispatched next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping options & fees

  • Standard shipping (FREE) – 1–3 business days to main centres.

  • Express shipping (paid upgrade) – 1–2 business days to main centres. Pricing is shown at checkout.

  • Remote/outlying areas surcharge – Some locations classified by our couriers as remote/outlying may attract a surcharge and/or longer delivery times (typically 2–5 business days). If not calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm the additional fee before dispatch.

Notes: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after dispatch (not at checkout). Peak periods, weather, or courier delays may extend timelines.

Remote & outlying areas

Outlying/remote areas are defined by our courier partners (e.g., farms, plots, townships with limited access, high-risk or special-route areas). If your address falls in this list, we will:

  1. display/quote a surcharge at checkout or

  2. contact you to confirm the surcharge before dispatch or

  3. offer delivery to the nearest accessible collection point.

Tracking & delivery

  • All shipments are tracked. Use the tracking link in your confirmation email/SMS.

  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

  • Couriers require someone to be available at the delivery address to receive and sign.

Failed deliveries & address changes

  • If a delivery is missed or the address provided is incorrect/incomplete, re-delivery or address changes may incur an additional courier fee.

  • Need to update your address? Contact us before dispatch at info@healthbrands.co.za or WhatsApp 082 868 7762 with your order number.

Damaged or missing parcels

  • Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at Email info@healthbrands.co.za or WhatsApp 082 868 7762 with photos and your order number so we can assist promptly.

PO Boxes & lockers

We deliver to PO Boxes.

Order splitting

Large orders may ship in multiple parcels. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

International shipping

Yes, we do International Shipping.
